- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Custom-printed items may require additional processing time.
- Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Domestic Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery address and order weight. Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and delivery location.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
5. Delivery Times
- Domestic: Standard delivery within Morocco typically takes 3-7 business days.
6. Shipping Issues
- Delayed Orders: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, ZidFlex is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
- Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
7. Customs and Duties
- Customs Delays: Shipments may be subject to customs inspection, which can delay delivery. ZidFlex is not responsible for any customs-related delays or charges.
8. Address Changes
- If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only modify the shipping address before the order has been dispatched. Once an order is in transit, address changes cannot be made.
9. Curbside Pickup
- Availability: Curbside pickup is not currently offered at ZidFlex. All orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
