2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-Printed Products: Custom-printed items that are free from defects are non-refundable unless they are incorrect or damaged upon receipt. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount may not be eligible for a refund, unless specified otherwise.

3. Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: To request a return, please contact our customer service team at refund@zidflex.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  • Return Shipping: If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refund Requests: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if only part of the order is returned or if the item is not returned in its original condition.

  • Cancellation Requests: Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it for a refund once received.
